CSU Info Chatbot Terms of Use
Welcome to the Coppin State University ("CSU") Information Chatbot (the “CSU-Info-Chatbot”), an online tool designed to assist in the CSU website navigation and locating information on CSU website using artificial intelligent (AI) programming. Use of the CSU-Info-Chatbot provides acknowledgement and agreement of the following:
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Chatbot, user is agreeing to the CSU-Info-Chatbot Terms of Use and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, refrain from using the Chatbot.
Purpose of the Chatbot
The CSU-Info-Chatbot is provided as a resource to assist users in the limited purpose of finding information on the Coppin State University website. CSU-Info-Chatbot is intended to:
- Direct users to relevant university resources.
- Assist users in locating general information about the Coppin State University website.

Further, User responsibilities extend to protecting User and others' privacy.

Coppin State University does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Users are encouraged to verify critical information by consulting official university sources or contacting relevant departments.

Coppin State University reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the university’s website or through the Chatbot interface. Continued use of the Chatbot constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
