Media Advisory: Coppin State University to Hold Ribbon Cutting for Coppin Corner Food Resource Center
BALTIMORE – Coppin State University will host a ribbon cutting celebrating the opening of Coppin Corner, a new on-campus resource to help students facing food insecurity. Coppin Corner is supported with help from institutional, private, and community partners, and carries non-perishable food items, frozen foods, personal hygiene products, and cleaning supplies.
The Coppin Corner ribbon cutting will occur on Wednesday, May 24, in time for students to stock up on food and supplies before the summer break and summer classes begin. Coppin Corner will continue to operate year-round.
