How Does the Expand Eagle Nation In-State Tuition Incentive Work?
Newly admitted first-year and transfer students from eligible states and U.S. territories will automatically qualify for in-state tuition. This means students will pay the same rate as Maryland residents for the entire duration of their undergraduate degree program at Coppin State University.
