Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society

Alpha Delta Lambda is a national honor society for first-year students. The honor society has several goals:

• to encourage superior academic achievement among first-year students attending higher education institutions
• to promote intelligent living and a continued high standard of learning
• to help students recognize and develop meaningful goals for roles in society

The Coppin chapter was approved on May 9, 2016.

Eligibility Requirements

To become a member of Alpha Lambda Delta, you must:

• Be enrolled full-time at Coppin State University
• Have earned a 3.5 grade point average or higher your first semester
• Not have "D" grades

Eligible students receive an invitation to join at the end of the fall semester.
