The Cashier hours are 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Receipts are issued when payments are made in-person at the Cashier's window. During the Fall and Spring semester, the Cashier is opened until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays
Student Account Specialists are available 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and on Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Student account specialists answer questions concerning billing, payment plans, scholarships, tuition remission and refunds.

Cash: Must be paid in-person at the Cashier during regular business hours. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH
Checks: May be mailed to Coppin State University Controller's Office, 2500 West North Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21216-3698. Please make checks payable to Coppin State University and write the student's name, student ID number in the memo area of the check.
Credit Card Payments: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express may be used in person, over the phone or electronically through Sallie Mae or E-Payment to pay for tuition and fees. Fax authorizations are also available and should include the following: the date, student's name, student ID number, credit card account number, expiration date, charged amount, signature of the cardholder and telephone number.
SALLIE MAE: Checks and Credit cards are also accepted for Sallie Mae Tuition Payment Plan and E-Payments via the designated payment agreement.
